Common Issues

Glance doesn't appear when I press the hotkey

• • Make sure Glance is running in the system tray
• • Check that no other app is using the same hotkey
• • Try running Glance as administrator (Windows)

Voice input isn't working

• • Check microphone permissions in your OS settings
• • Make sure voice is enabled in Glance settings
• • Try selecting a different microphone device

Screen capture is blank

• • On Linux, ensure screen capture permissions are granted
• • Wayland users may need to grant additional permissions
• • Try restarting Glance
